National instruments cRIO-9067 CompactRIO Controller

Featured with 1 GB Storage, 512 MB DRAM, and a Zynq-7020 FPGA, the National instruments cRIO-9067 (Part Number: 783170-01) is a CompactRIO Controller with 8 Slots. This model comes with various advanced features and is a viable solution for industrial applications. This software-based Controller features an ARM Cotex-A9, dual-core, 667 MHz central processing unit (CPU).

The user can connect and configure their Controller to an already existing network or the host computer over Ethernet using the RJ-45 Ethernet Port 1. The NI cRIO-9067 comes with redundant Ethernet Ports. In addition, it has a serial port. For USB connectivity, separate device and host ports are provided as well. These standard USB 2.0 Hi-Speed ports offer up to 480 Mbps maximum data rates. The two Ethernet ports incorporated are Gigabit Ethernet Ports; both ports are DHCP enabled. Thus, the IP addresses can be obtained automatically. This CompactRIO Controller supports 10, 100, and 1000Base-T Ethernet. This model is compatible with IEEE 802.3. Thus, the device offers 10, 100 and 1000 Mbps, auto-negotiated communication rates. It has a voltage input range of 9 VDC to 30 VDC, a maximum power input (with 4 C series modules) of 25 W, and a maximum power input (without C series modules) of 17 W.

The reconfigurable FPGA used in the cRIO-9067 has 85,000 logic cells, 106,400 flip flops, 53,200 6-input LUTs, 220 DSP slices, 4480 Kbits block ram, 16 DMA channels, and supports 32 logical interrupts. The NI cRIO 9067 supports the 32-bit, NI Linux Real-Time operating system and various application programs, including: LabVIEW (2014 or later), the LabVIEW Real-Time Module (2014 or later), the LabVIEW FPGA Module (2014 or later), and the NI-RIO driver software (14.0 or later). The device hardware can be configured using the Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) tool. The cRIO 9067 CompactRIO Controller comes with dedicated LED indicators which alert the user of Ethernet connection, Power, and Status.
The NI device weighs 37.04 oz, and measures 10.74 x 3.47 x 2.45 in. in physical dimensions. It has a recommended operating temperature range of -20 °C to 55 °C, and a storage temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C.
