National Instruments PXIe-5186 PXI Oscilloscope
The PXIe-5186 (Part Numbers: 782058-01 and 782058-02) is a PXI Oscilloscope with these key features: 250 GS/s Random Interleaved Sampling (RIS) range, 5 GHz maximum bandwidth, 500 MHz bandwidth on 1 MΩ path, 110 mVpk-pk to 10 Vpk-pk input range, 50 Ω or 1 MΩ input impedance, and either 32 MB or 1 GB of onboard memory.
The NI PXIe-5186 high-resolution Oscilloscope is designed to address the measurement needs of engineers and scientists from the test of semiconductor devices and aerospace components to empowering the research of scientists expanding the knowledge of humanity. The PXIe-5186 is designed for high speed applications. This model is a two, 8-bit channel Digitizer, which samples up to 12.5 GS/s.
The PXIe-5186 Digitizer delivers high-data throughput for faster test execution and multi-module timing and synchronization. The NI PXIe 5186 uses the built-in timing and synchronization capabilities of the PXI platform to communicate with switches and other instruments within a PXI chassis. The timing software options of this instrument will help users achieve synchronization of <10 ps between channels of multiple oscilloscopes.
With a precision, high-stability internal voltage, the self-calibration feature of the PXIe-5186 guarantees accuracy for all DC gain and offset drifts within the instrument. Using self-calibration makes this Digitizer highly accurate and stable at operating temperatures that exceed the typical 18 °C to 28 °C range. The PXIe-5186 features an interactive soft front panel for full out-of-the-box functionality. This interactive soft front panel includes numerous measurements, trigger modes, and vertical and horizontal settings.
