National Instruments PXIe-5624 PXI IF Digitizer

The PXIe-5624 (Part number: 783132-01) is an Intermediate Frequency (IF) Digitizer, which offers onboard signal processing (OSP). OSP facilitates features such as quadrature digital downconversion (DDC), real digital downconversion, and anti-alias filtering. The NI PXIe-5624 features a high dynamic range front end and a high‐throughput PXI Express interface, which allows users to stream IF data. This model can be used as a separate Digitizer or as component of a Vector Signal Analyzer to digitize intermediate frequency produced by a downconverter stage.

The NI PXIe-5624 2 GS/s, 12-Bit, PXI IF Digitizer supports I/Q rates as high as 1 GS/s for up to 800 MHz of IF bandwidth. This oscilloscope has a typical input frequency range from 5 MHz to 2 GHz, a bandwidth resolution of 3.56 μHz, a frequency shift resolution of 7.13 μHz, and dither frequency range from 1 MHz to 50 MHz. This model additionally has an input impedance of 50 Ω nominal, AC coupling, a maximum input power of 20 dBm, and continuous wave (CW) RMS.

The NI PXIe-5624 features Onboard DRAM and Onboard SRAM. The memory size and theoretical data rate of the Onboard DRAM is 2 GB and 6.4 GB/s respectively. For Onboard SRAM, memory size is 2 GB and read/write maximum data rates are 26 MB/s and 20 MB/s respectively. The random vibration while operating is 5 Hz to 500 Hz, 0.3 grms.
