National Instruments SCC-LP03 Lowpass Filter Module

The SCC-LP03 (Part Number: 777459-09) is a Lowpass Filter Module with advanced capabilities from National Instruments. This module has a cut off frequency of 150 HZ. This module also incorporates a fourth-order Butterworth filter and has the capability to allow two differential input signals. The device has an input signal range of ±10 V and an output signal range of ±5 V. The SCC-LP03 offers per channel filters for SCC systems. This module also comes with a differential amplifier. The National Instruments SCC-LP03 has an output signal range of ± 5 volts and an amplifier gain of 0.5. The National Instruments SCC-LP03 Lowpass Filter Module offers analog input signal channels for the E Series DAQ device. It comes with an input impedance of 10 G ohm for the power on state, as well as an input impedance of 10 k ohm for the power off or overload condition. 

The National Instruments SCC-LP03 Lowpass Filter Module has a roll off rate of 80 dB/decade. The in-house Butterworth filter enables high flatness in the pass band, with an extremely sharp monotonic roll off. This Butterworth filter has a nonlinear phase response without constant delay. This model also has an ideal step response with an average amount of overshoot. These features help provide the amplitude of interest. This amplitude varies with the frequency. The NI device is equipped with 1 20-pin right-angle male connector and 1 4-pin screw terminal I/O connector.

Other functions of the SCC-LP03 include services as the first stage of a dual-stage configuration or as the second stage of a dual-stage configuration. The first-stage SCC can be inserted into any socket. The second stage plugs into another socket. The first stage SCC connects with an input signal. The output signals of the first stage SCC then connect with inputs of the second-stage SCC. The SC-2345 helps make this connection.
