This controller features Intel Atom E3825 CPU processor with CPU frequency of 1.33 GHz and two number of cores. Each port can handle a maximum cabling distance of 100 meters per segment and is compatible with IEEE 802.3 standard.
For serial communication, the 783452-01 Controller provides both RS-232 and RS-485/422 ports. The RS-232 port supports a maximum baud rate of 115,200 b/s and various configurations for data bits, stop bits, parity, and flow control. The RS-485/422 port, isolated to 60 V DC continuous, port to earth ground supports similar baud rates and configurations, with the added benefit of multiple wire modes and enhanced communication distance capabilities.
The 783452-01 features one USB device port and two USB host ports, all conforming to USB 2.0 Hi-Speed standards, with a maximum data rate of 480 Mb/s per port. The host ports can supply up to 1 A of current (aggregate).
