The cRIO-9014 (Part numbers: 779564-01 and 779564-02) is a CompactRIO Controller developed by National Instruments. This model is used to control and monitor C Series applications. The cRIO-9014 incorporates several ports for various connections. These ports include USB, Ethernet, and a serial communication terminal. The Controller cannot be connected with the C Series devices directly because no such slot is available. However, the NI cRIO-9014 can be interfaced with the C Series device through an extension, which would be a compatible CompactRIO Chassis.
