National Instruments 782630-01 Digital I/O Device.

The part number 782630-01 from National Instruments is the identifying part number for the PCIe-6536B Digital I/O Device. This device consist of 32 data channels that is divided into 4 ports of 8 lines. It has 6 PFI per channels that ensures advanced timing and synchronization of task in digital I/O lines. This device supports data acquisition channels with voltages of 2.5 V, 3.3 V and 5 V TTL compatible. Its maximum low voltage threshold is 0.75 V, 1.00 V and 1.00 V at 2.5 V, 3.3 V and 5.0 V acquisition voltage levels. Its input impedance is also very high that ensures minimal loading on signal sources thus maintaining the signal integrity and accurate data acquisition.

The digital I/O device has compact design with dimensions of 18.1 cm × 2.2 cm × 12.6 cm (7.13 in. × 0.85 in. × 4.93 in.) and weighs 107.7 g (3.8 oz) making it lightweight. This module is designed to operate at an ambient temperature of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius with a relative humidity level ranging from 10% to 90%, noncondensing and storage temperature of -20 to 70 degrees Celsius with a relative humidity level ranging from 5% to 95%, noncondensing. This module is designed to be mounted at an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level (at 25 degrees Celsius ambient temperature).

This device is engineered to endure harsh working conditions, with an operating vibration of 5 Hz to 500 Hz, 0.31 grms that is random under the IEC-60068-2-64 standard and operating shocks of 30 g, half-sine, 11 ms pulse (tested in accordance with IEC-60068-2-27) standard. This device requires power consumption of 1 A at +3.3 VDC and 225 mA at +12 VDC with a total power of 6 W.

The 782630-01 model also meets many safety standards including the  IEC 61010-1, EN 61010-1, UL 61010-1, CSA 61010-1 that makes it suitable for measurement, control, and laboratory use as well as it is also compliant with electromagnetic standards such as the EN 61326,  EN 55011 limiting electrical interference and thus increasing the accuracy and efficiency of the device.
