The National Instruments 780217-01 is a high-end 16-input sound and vibration module. It is also known as the PXIe-4496 unit and is designed for applications requiring precise and simultaneous data acquisition. This module supports 24-bit analog inputs and features IEPE constant current signal conditioning that makes it ideal for use with transducers like microphones and accelerometers. The 780217-01 excels in high-channel-count scenarios, such as noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) analysis, as well as dynamic structural testing.

One of the standout features of the 780217-01 is its ability to deliver simultaneous sampling across all channels that ensure accurate time alignment in data collection.
