The National Instruments 786455-01 which is also identified as a PCIe-7856 module is a Multifunction Reconfigurable Digital I/O Device. It features a Kintex-7 160T FPGA technology. The I/O voltage is programmable per connector and defined at compilation. Each channel supports a direction control and a minimum I/O pulse width of 6.25 ns. The 786455-01 DAQ device is designed as a standard height, half-length, and x4 PCI Express device that weighs only 141.4 g. It features 2 x 68-pin VHDCI connectors for I/O and 16 DMA channels. The device operates within a temperature range of 0 °C to 55 °C and up to an altitude of 2,000 m. The calibration of this 786455-01 multifunction RIO device requires a 15-minute warm-up, with a recommended calibration interval of one year.
