National Instruments SCC-ACC01 Accelerometer Input Module
The National Instruments SCC-ACC01 (Part Number: 777459-19) Accelerometer (ACC) Input Module acknowledges a dynamic accelerometer input signal, passes it through a 0.8 Hz high-pass filter, opens it, and afterward pushes it through a 19 kHz low-pass Bessel filter and an output buffer. The module has a fixed gain of 2, so the maximum input range is ±5 V. The NI SCC-ACC01 also delivers a 4 mA current source for accelerometer excitation. The user can connect the SCC-ACC01 to any analog input socket on the SC-2345. It can work as a solitary stage module or as the principal phase of a double stage signal conditioning configuration. The socket the user picks determines which E Series DAQ gadget channels receive the NI SCC-ACC01 signals. For single-stage input conditioning, the user can connect the SCC-ACC01 to any socket J(X+1), where X is 0 to 7, and interface the input signals to the module. If the user chooses to operate the NI SCC-ACC01 in a double stage setup, the SCC-ACC01 must be the first-stage module. Even though they are not accessible for the NI SCC-ACC01, sockets J9 to J16 are accessible for digital input/output conditioning or control with another SCC module.
This module has an analog power of 89 mW maximum, a digital power of 420 mW maximum, channel-to-channel inputs of 42 VDC, an operating temperature between 0 to 50° C, a storage temperature between -20 to 70°C, and a relative humidity between 10 to 70%.

National Instruments SCC-ACC01 Frequently Asked Questions
Question: What do you need to set up and use the SCC-ACC01?
Answer: To set up and use the SCC-ACC01, you need the following items: SC-2345/2350 with either a SCC-PWR01, SCC-PWR02, and the PS01 power supply (SCC-PWR03) requires a 7 to 42 VDC power supply and one or more SCC-ACC01.
Question: Does the NI SCC-ACC01 allow software scaling of measurements on a Mac?
Answer: Software scaling of measurements on the NI SCC-ACC01 is not supported on the Mac operating system.
Question: What type of analog input socket can you plug the NI SCC-ACC01 into?
Answer: You can plug the NI SCC-ACC01 into any analog input socket on the SC-2345. It can function as a single-stage module or as the first stage of a dual-stage signal conditioning configuration. The socket you choose determines which E Series DAQ device channels receive the SCC-ACC01 signals.
