National Instruments SCC-RLY01 Relay Module

The SCC-RLY01 (Part Number: 777459-34) is an efficient and reliable Relay Module from National Instruments. It comes with one single-pole-double-throw relay. This SPDT Relay Module is non-latching with a built-in switching mechanism, which enables switching from 5 A to 30 VDC while operating with the SC-2345 or SC-2350. It also has the capability to complete switching from 5 A to 250 VAC for the applications that involve SCC-68 modules. The National Instruments SCC-RLY01 Relay Module comes with high-performance capabilities and various smart features at a low price.

The NI SCC-RLY01 Relay Module can be controlled through E/M Series DAQ devices by utilizing the digital input/output P0 and line 0 to 7. The SCC-RLY01 Relay Module uses positive logic. The user can set the module through the high value of the digital input. The module enters the reset state with the digital input value set to low. This module offers a signal bandwidth ranging from DC to 400 Hz, along with a constant maximum value of resistance at 30 mega ohms. The device is equipped with 1 20-pin right-angle male connector and 1 3-pin screw-terminal block. It has a power requirement of 60 mA maximum at +5 V, and 300 mW maximum when using digital power. The SCC-RLY01 has a signal bandwidth of DC to 400 Hz, a contact resistance of 30 mΩ max, a maximum operating speed of 30 cps at rated load, and a contact lifetime of 5 x 107 operations at 180 cpm (minimum).
