The PXI-8512/2 (Part Number: 780687-02) is a Flexible Data-Rate, High-Speed CAN Interface Module with 2 ports. This module has a CAN bus, 40 kbits/s minimum baud rate, and does not have an external sync connector. The NI PXI-8512/2 PXI CAN Interface Module needs a few accessories for operation. One cable and one connector block are needed. The connector block it can be used with is the CAN Breakout Box, part number 780041-01. The cable this module can be used with is a 9-pin D-SUB female NI CAN Single Termination Cable. The cable is 2 meters long and has the part number 192017-02 associated with it.
