The cDAQ-9133 (Part numbers: 783686-01 and 783687-01) is an eight-slot CompactDAQ Controller by National Instruments. This model is embedded with a Dual-Core Atom E3825 processor and has the frequency up to 1.33 GHz. The device is supported with Windows 7 and NI Linux Real-Time. The module has 2 Ethernet ports attuned with IEEE 802.3. The device has the communication rate from 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps, or 1000 Mbps, to auto-negotiated. The NI cDAQ‑9133 helps controls the timing and synchronization and helps transfer data between C Series I/O modules and a unified computer.
The NI cDAQ‑9133 Controller includes 16 GB of nonvolatile storage, which is used for embedded monitoring and data logging. The data transfer rate from a system to the removable card is 10 MB/s. The device offers a variety of standard expansion and connectivity options, which includes an RS-232 serial port with the maximum baud speed 115200 bps. It also contains two USB ports. These ports have 2.0 Hi-Speed interfaces with the data rate of 480 Mb/s. The maximum current flow rate from the host port is 1 A. The cDAQ 9133 also has a mini display port. This port has the resolution 2560 × 1600 with a frequency of 60 Hz. This model has an SD slot and supports SD and SDHC standards.
The NI cDAQ‑9133 has 127 sample rate per slot of analog inputs. The C series module determines the sample rate. The input channels have the timing precision of 50 ppm of the sampling rate. The device supports 16 on-board regenerated analog outputs. The maximum regeneration update rate is about 1.6 MS/s. It has similar timing precision and resolution as the analog inputs.
