PXI-6115, 12 Bit Resolution, 68-Pin SCSI-II I/O Connector, Multifunction I/O Module
National Instruments PXI-6115 Multifunction I/O Module
The NI PXI-6115 Multifunction I/O Module (Part Numbers: 187227K-01, 187227H-01, 187227R-03 778194-01, 778204-01) has 4 differential Analog Input channels with a 12 bit resolution and a 10 MS/s/channel maximum sample rate, 2 Analog Output channels, 8 Digital I/O lines, as well as a dedicated analog-to-digital converter (ADC) per channel for maximum device execution and greater multichannel accuracy. Built-in inward memory offers solid information transmission with less conditions on bus accessibility. Half of the inherent memory is committed to the analog input and the other half to the analog output. The PXI-6115 has two part numbers: 778194-01 with 16 MS analog input FIFO buffer size and 778204-01 with 32 MS analog input FIFO buffer size. With a maximum sample rate of 10 MS/s per channel, eight input ranges from 0.2 to 42 V, built-in anti-aliasing filters, two 12-bit analog outputs, two 24-bit counter/timers, and eight digital I/O lines, the PXI-6115 can be utilized in a variety of application, including:
- 42 V automotive applications
- Transient and ballistics estimations
- Radar, sonar, ultrasound
- High-energy physics
- IF digitization.
The NI TB-2708 provides direct SMB availability to the PXI-6115. The nine SMB connectors offer direct access to four analog inputs, two analog outputs, analog or digital trigger lines, onboard counters, or programmable synchronization lines. In addition to the SMB connectors, it is possible to utilize the MFIT-Pigtail link to an assistant connector for access to other onboard counters and digital I/O lines. The device also has a 68-pin male SCSI-II I/O connector. It has 2 analog filters (3-pole Bessel) with a frequency of 50 kHz and 500 kHz.
While utilizing NI LabVIEW, the user can make custom information securing applications without graphical programming and power of more than 500 analysis functions and advanced programming apparatuses. LabVIEW Full and Professional development frameworks incorporate LabVIEW SignalExpress for interactive data logging. The PXI-6115 has a recommended warm-up time of 15 minutes, and should be calibrated at least once a year. The device measures 6.3 x 3.9 in. in physical dimensions. It has a recommended operating temperature range of 0 °C to 50 °C, and a storage temperature range of -20 °C to 70 °C.
The PXI-6115 has been declared Obsolete by National Instruments. However, it will remain available with Apex Waves. We Buy, Sell, and Repair End-Of-Life NI Hardware in perpetuity. Request a quote today!
