National Instruments SCXI-1175 Matrix/Multiplexer Switch Module
The National Instruments SCXI-1175 (Part Number: 776572-75) is a high-density Switch Module that can direct many signals to estimation gadgets or from source units. Each channel utilizes strong electromechanical transfers. The NI SCXI-1175 is an ideal module for computerized test applications for a substantial number of channels. This module is evaluated for Measurement Category I and is expected to support signal voltages no higher than 100 V. This module can also withstand a maximum 500 V impulse voltage.
This instrument can be used with a control cable. For the SCXI-1175 assignments, the cable will be a SH9MD-AUX, accessible in 1 or 2 m lengths. For the USB-13xx assignments, the cable will be a standard 1 m USB link. Extra links are accessible when setting up multi-chassis frameworks. Notwithstanding the SH9MD-AUX or USB link expected to associate with another case, a HV8-HV8 cable will be expected to interconnect isolated high-voltage backplane gatherings. In this design, a few multiplexer or network signals can be passed, starting with one case and then onto the next through a single cable. The user can also effortlessly associate signals from the HVAB to the banana jack inputs of a DMM by utilizing a HV8-BAN4 cable.
The NI SCXI-1175 offers a maximum switching power per channel of 30W, a DC isolation resistance superior to 1 GΩ, a maximum total current of 1A, a relay operating time typical of 1ms, and maximum channel-to-channel voltage of 100 V.
SCXI-1175 Obsolete Status has been announced by National Instruments, but the module will still be available for purchase and repairs by Apex Waves.
