Keysight P9372A Streamline USB Vector Network Analyzer
The Keysight P9372A is a Streamline USB Vector Network Analyzer with a 300 kHz to 9 GHz range. It is designed for industrial automation and professional RF testing. It provides a compact and highly portable design. Its USB-based architecture removes the dependency on a dedicated instrument chassis in test setups. The network analyzer achieves a frequency resolution of 1 Hz in the 300 kHz to 2.5 GHz range. The frequency resolution is specified at 2 Hz for measurement accuracy from 2.5 to 5 GHz. It provides a frequency resolution of 3 Hz between 5 GHz and 9 GHz. These resolution values enable precise characterization of RF components and passive devices across all supported frequency bands.
The internal frequency reference accuracy of the model is rated at ± 1 ppm under standard operating conditions. The reference oscillator aging rate is specified at less than 3.5 ppm per year for long-term stability. The temperature stability is rated at ± 1 ppm across an operating range of 0 to 55 degrees Celsius. The P9372A USB Vector Network Analyzer operates with a nominal system impedance of 50 Ω as its standard measurement configuration. The system can be configured for 75 Ω operation with an appropriate adapter and calibration kit. The electronic calibration (ECal) module support enables fast and repeatable port calibration across all active test connections. The hardware upgrades allow this model to be expanded to support a maximum of 4 test ports.
The compact design of the network analyzer enables easy sharing between multiple test station locations. This portability makes it especially suitable for shared resource environments in production testing and R&D labs. The analyzer incorporates the well-established Keysight VNA graphical interface for consistent and familiar cross-platform operation. The frequency and software upgrades can be applied at any time to extend the capability of the Keysight P9372A VNA. External PC control of the model is fully supported on Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). An Intel Core i7 10th Generation processor or later is recommended for optimal software application performance.
