NI CC5002X Oscilloscope Probe
The CC5002X (Part Number: 786848-01) is a 500 A, 2 MHz current Oscilloscope Probe. The clamp of this Oscilloscope Probe can easily be opened before testing through a slider. When out of service, a level with an incorporated lock mechanism keeps the clamp in a closed position. This Oscilloscope Probe comes featured with various safety features, including a barrier structure that prevents accidental contact between the operator and the conductor during testing.
