National Instruments PXI-6236 Digital Multifunction I/O Module
The PXI-6236 PXI Digital Multifunction I/O Module (Part Number: 779622-01) is a Bank Isolated Module with 4 AI (16 Bits, 250 kS/s), 4 AO, 6 DI, and 4 DIO. This module also offers 16 bits resolution, 250 kS/s sample rate, two 32-bit counters, and digital triggering. The digital data sources and outputs are perfect with 5 V TTL/CMOS signals. It combines the safety and execution advantages of insulation with elite timing, amplification, and calibration technologies to give exact estimations and relays. The NI PXI-6236 is perfect for test, estimation, control, and design applications in conditions with high voltages and electrical noise. The PXI-6236 can be used to read from encoders, flow meters, proximity sensors, as well as valves, pumps, and relays.
Isolation electrically separates the high-voltage front end and the low-voltage back end of mechanical NI PXI-6236 Multifunction I/O Modules. Signals are passed between the two segments of the gadgets by utilizing digital isolators. By isolating the two segments, any voltages inside the isolation specifications are prevented from entering the bus section. Isolation gives security to the client, data acquisition framework, and estimation data.
A voltage common to both sides of a differential circuit pair is called common-mode voltage. The differential voltage over the circuit pair is the desired signal, while the normal voltage signal is the unwanted signal that may have been incorporated into the transmission line. Isolation permits M Series mechanical multifunction DAQ gadgets to quantify signals from lines with signals, in addition to normal mode voltage of up to 60 VDC.
