Recommended to be used with NI Single-Board RIO and NI CompactRIO, the NI PS-2 (Part Numbers: 777584-01, 777584-02, 777584-04, 777584-05, and 777584-06) is a 24 VDC, 0.8 A Desktop DC Power Supply. This model can be ordered with multiple input voltages, designed to be used with different countries. The NI PS-2 is considered a safe solution to be used during a desktop’s prototyping as other industrial power supplies can be dangerous in this setting.
This Power Supply can also be used to power an entire bank or eight FieldPoint I/O modules. The NI PS-2 is an easy to install and easy to use power supply since its output can be connected to the Compact FieldPoint Controller directly. That controller then regulates and distributes power to its respective bank of I/O modules.
