The AX/4000 system into which this module integrates is a robust, modular testing platform that can support several transmission protocols like ATM, IP, Frame Relay, and Ethernet simultaneously. The AX/4000 system is targeted to meet the needs of both the telecom providers and the equipment manufacturers. Its flexible configuration allows users to assess network performance under a variety of real-world conditions. Similarly, by installing module 400301a, the user will be able to test ATM-related functionalities while continuing to ensure compatibility with the other interface modules of the platform, enhancing versatility and functionality in thorough broadband network testing.
The 400301a module is installed by directly connecting to the AX/4000 test module using dual SC connectors for data transmit and receive.
