The Spirent SmartBits SMB-6000C performance analysis system possesses advanced features to support a vast range of ports and or multi-port combinations in industrial applications. The SmartBits SMB-6000C chassis can administer Ethernet ports of 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps rate. The count of Mbps Ethernet ports acceptable by the SMB-6000C system can be as high as 96. Moreover, the SmartBits SMB-6000C desktop chassis has the capability to hold up 24 ports of POS category, 48 traditional GbE ports, 24 ports for fiber route connections, or different port combinations from the detailed types. The SmartBits SMB-6000C chassis comes with three software applications: SmartApplications, SmartLib, and SmartWindow to execute dynamic stress testing operations. To perform operations on large-scale networks, up to 8 SmartBits SMB-6000C chassis units can be integrated together to form a synchronous interconnected network.
The Spirent SmartBits SMB-6000C performance analysis system is equipped with GPS and Network Timing Protocol (NTP) provisions. Multiple users can access and control the Spirent SmartBits SMB-6000C chassis locally as well as remotely. The Spirent SmartBits SMB-6000C chassis can be locally controlled by a PC via SmartWindow software applications, and remote control can be accomplished over the internet.
