National Instruments NI-9775 C Series Digitizer Module

The NI-9775 (Part Number: 784539-01) furnishes referenced single-finished simple contributions with deceitful modes in applications, such as error location in electrical transmission lines or auxiliary failure events. This module has a built-in simple reference trigger to help with rapid wonders and for included adaptability can perform waveform gushing at a lower test rodent. The NI 9775, a 4-channel Digitizer Module, can gauge transient phenomenon like faults in electrical transmission lines from lightning strikes or basic failure events at 20 MS/s per channel. The module's store and forward design permits up to 128 Mbits of estimation information to be sent back to the controller and dissected. The NI device is run using the NIDAQmx driver software which is compatible with software packages/application development environments (ADEs) such as LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, or Visual Basic .NET. This module can also utilize CompactRIO and a LabVIEW FPGA to build up a propelled trigger for low speed spilling information for included adaptability.

The NI 9775 comes with two timing modes: fast and high-resolution. Fast mode turns off the computerized annihilation channel on all channels and empowers users to set the simple channel per channel. On the other hand, high-resolution mode turns on both the analog filter and advanced decimation filter for all channels.

This module comes with three acquisition modes: continuous mode, record mode, and advanced mode. In continuous mode, the NI 9775 exchanges constant information to the frame at a total rate of 4 MS/s over all channels. In record mode, the NI-9775 stores tests into locally available memory at up to 20 MS/s, then exchanges the information to the chassis at a slower rate. In advanced mode, the NI-9775 joins the usefulness of nonstop mode and record mode to empower more perplexing activating plans for continuous information.

The NI device weighs 172 g. It has a recommended operating temperature range of -40 °C to 70 °C, a storage temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C, and random and sinusoidal operating vibrations of 5 grms and 5 g respectively–all at a frequency range of 10 to 500 Hz.

The NI-9775 is available to be calibrated. While the recommended calibration period for individual parts varies, most parts should be calibrated either annually or every two years to ensure accuracy.
