The TDK Lambda DPP120-12-1 is a 120 W single-output DIN rail mount power supply. It delivers a regulated 12 V DC output at a continuous current capacity of 10 amperes. The model is purpose-built for industrial applications that demand stable and reliable DC power. The model weighs approximately 920 grams and has a compact body measuring 125 x 63.5 x 123.6 mm.
The DPP120-12-1 power supply accepts an AC input voltage range of 90 – 132 VAC or 180 – 264 VAC with automatic selection. This wide input compatibility allows the unit to deploy across global supply standards without modification. The input current of the model is rated at 2.2 A for 115 VAC and 0.83 A for 230 VAC nominal inputs, respectively. The operating input frequency range of the power supply spans from 47 Hz to 63 Hz to meet international grid requirements.
The 12 V output of the single-output DIN rail mount power supply is voltage-adjustable within a range of 11.4 V to 14.5 V. The output voltage accuracy is maintained within -0to +1%f nominal rated voltage. The line regulation is specified at ± 0.5%and load regulation in single-mode operation is ± 1%.The ripple and noise performance of the model is rated below 50 mV measured within a 20 MHz measurement bandwidth.
The overcurrent and overvoltage protection of the power supply are each rated between 120% and 145% of nominal output values. The hold up time of more than 30 ms at 230 VAC input ensures output continuity during brief power interruptions. The input-to-output withstand voltage is rated at 3 kVAC sustained for one full minute.
The isolation resistance between output and ground is rated above 100 MΩ at 25 °C and 70% relative humidity. The DPP120-12-1 Single Output DIN Rail Mount Power Supply operates across a wide thermal range from -40°C up to a maximum of +71°C. The output is derated linearly at a rate of 2.5% per degree Celsius between 61°C and 71°C. The unit supports storage temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C when not in active operation.
