TDK Lambda DPP100-24 DIN Rail Power Supply
The TDK Lambda DPP100-24 is a 30 W single-output DIN rail power supply designed for industrial automation applications. It delivers a regulated 24 V DC output adjustable from 24 V to 28 V for flexible system voltage requirements. The maximum output current is rated at 1.25 A to support continuous operation at the nominal output voltage.
The DPP100-24 power supply operates on an AC input range of 90 to 305 Vac at 47 to 63 Hz. The model is classified as a Class II double insulated device and requires no protective ground connection in the installation. The DC input from 120 to 370 VDC is supported, though safety certification applies to AC input only. The input current at 90 Vac and 50 Hz is rated at 1.5 A under full rated load conditions.
The DIN rail power supply module delivers a typical efficiency of 87% with both line and load regulation held within 240 mV. The ripple and noise at the output are specified at 120 mV within a 20 MHz bandwidth. The temperature coefficient of the output voltage is ± 0.05%/°C for consistent performance across the thermal range. The hold-up time at 115 Vac input is 25 ms, which ensures output continuity through brief line disturbances.
The DPP100-24 power supply achieves a turn-on time of less than 2.5 seconds when AC input exceeds 115 Vac. The inrush current at 230 Vac cold start reaches 65 A, which must be considered when selecting upstream overcurrent protection. The power factor and flicker performance of the unit comply with EN61000-3-2 and EN61000-3-3 standards.
The overcurrent protection on the DPP100-24 DIN Rail Power Supply is set to activate below 160% of the nominal rated output current. The overvoltage protection engages in the 30 to 36 V range to shield downstream loads from voltage excursions. No minimum load is required for stable output regulation in light-load or no-load conditions. The LED indicators display operational status with green for normal output and red when DC output falls below the threshold. The model uses convection cooling for fully passive thermal management without any fan requirement.
