The TDK Lambda DRB480-24-1 is a 480 W single phase DIN Rail power supply engineered for demanding industrial automation systems. It provides a rated output of 24 Vdc with a maximum output current of 20 A for continuous operation. The model accepts an AC input voltage range of 90 to 264 Vac supporting global single phase supply standards. The output voltage is adjustable between 24 and 26.4 Vdc to meet varying load and system voltage requirements.
The DIN Rail Power Supply achieves a typical efficiency of 92% reducing heat dissipation in enclosed industrial panel applications. The average efficiency at 230 Vac exceeds 87 % confirming consistent energy performance across standard operating conditions. The output voltage tolerance at full load is held within ± 2 % with line regulation maintained below 0.1 %. The load regulation stays below 1 % while the temperature coefficient is maintained at less than ± 0.02%/°C. the ripple and noise are under 1 % at 25 °C and stay below 2.5 % across the entire operating temperature range. The switching frequency for the output converter operates between 51 and 80 kHz for stable DC delivery.
