TDK Lambda LS100-24 Single Output General Purpose Power Supply
The TDK Lambda LS100-24 is a 100 W single output general purpose power supply for light industrial applications. It delivers a regulated 24 V DC output across a wide AC input range of 88 to 264 Vac. The nominal input rated at 100 to 240 Vac is safety certified for operation from 90 to 264 Vac. The input frequency acceptance spans 47 to 63 Hz without requiring any manual range selection or adjustment. The input current of the power supply is rated at 2.2 A at 115 Vac and 1.2 A at 230 Vac under full rated load. The cold start inrush current at 230 Vac reaches 60 A and is internally controlled by the unit design. The unit withstands input surge voltages up to 300 Vac enabling stable operation across fluctuating input supply environments.
The power supply features a metal enclosure with overall dimensions of 159 x 97 x 38 mm. Its typical weight of 600 grams makes it well suited for integration into space constrained industrial equipment. The screw terminal connectors are used throughout to provide secure and reliable electrical wiring in industrial environments. The convection cooling eliminates internal fans across the power supply which reduces overall mechanical failure risk. The model is rated for an operating temperature range spanning – 25 °C to + 70 °C. The output load is derated linearly to 50 % between + 50 °C and + 70 °C to maintain thermal output performance. The storage humidity tolerance for the LS100-24 General Purpose Power Supply extends from 10 to 95 % RH ensuring protection during prolonged non operational storage periods. The non-operating vibration resistance for the power supply is tested from 10 to 55 Hz at a constant 19.6m/s² sweep across three axes. The shock resistance is specified below 196.1 m/s² equivalent to 20 G confirming durability across industrial transport and handling.
