Anritsu 68147B Synthesized Sweep Generator
The Anritsu 68147B Synthesized Sweep Generator functions on a frequency range of 0.01-20GHz. It features analog, step, and manual sweep capability. It has a maximum Output Power level of +13 dBm, and +11 dBm when used with step attenuators. With a higher power installation, its power output reaches +17 dBm and +15 dBm without and with step attenuators respectively. The Anritsu 68147B is a high-performance device that combines powerful features with upgradability. This levels it as an optimum source for network analysis and swept A.T.E. source applications.
Its specifications include: 1KHz Frequency Resolution, Frequency Switching Time of 40ms, Power Resolution of 0.01 dB, Output Accuracy of 2 dB, Minimum and Maximum SSB phase noise of -96 dBc/Hz and -66 dBc/Hz respectively, Impedance of 50 Ohm, and AM, FM, and Pulse modulation. It also possesses External Modulation Inputs and maximum points of step sweep of 10000 ps/sec.
The Anritsu 68147B Synthesized Sweep Generator features a SELF TEST soft key, which allows the device to perform a self-test if selected. This function displays any errors detected and the possible causes in a window on the LCD. The Reset option returns instrument parameters to default values and aborts any pending GPIB I/O. It has a Secure Mode design that disables modulation state displays, power level, and all frequency so that setups stored in secure mode can be recalled safely.
