Keysight N2264A Multifunction Module
The Keysight N2264A Multifunction Module is a digital input/output and relay switching module in one. The module’s high current relay section provides a mechanical relay life of 5 × 10? operations. One high current channel closes within 16 milliseconds under specified operating conditions. The Keysight N2264A multifunction module provides low thermal offset for accurate low-level measurement routing. Both relay groups maintain thermal offset below 3 µV during specified operation. This performance is useful when measurement errors from relay contact effects must remain controlled. The high current relay channels of the module provide initial closed contact resistance below 0.1 ohm. This lower resistance supports reliable current flow in power switching applications. The mechanical relay life reaches 10 million operations for the general-purpose relay section.
The N2264A module provides armature nonlatching relays to provide controlled signal routing. It has 12 general-purpose relay channels, which are capable of operating at up to 200 V. Each general-purpose channel has 1 A current and 60 W or 62.5 VA power. The model consists of 12 general-purpose relays and 3 channels of high-current relays. It also offers 16-bit digital I/O, which is used to communicate control and status. The channels support high-speed switching with a maximum scan rate of 80 channels per second. The three high current relay channels support heavier switching requirements within the same module. Each high current channel switches up to 5 A with 125 VDC operation. The channels also support 200 VAC RMS for compatible AC switching applications. Their maximum switching capacity reaches 150 W or 1250 VA per channel.
The Keysight N2264A multifunction module also includes 16-bit digital input/output capability. Three additional lines are included for control and handshaking functions. The N2264A module supports clean integration with fixtures and automated test interfaces. Its relay and digital sections reduce separate module requirements in compact systems. The module suits battery test and cellular test systems requiring flexible channel control.
