Here comes MS2712E – another significant constituent of the Spectrum Master series from the house of Anritsu. The MS2712E is a powerful instrument. Its broad functionality, ease of use, and outstanding precision are a few most appreciated characteristics among the technical fraternity. The frequency range spans from 9 kHz to 4 GHz, the dynamic range is >95 dBm, and the phase noise at 10 kHz offset at 1 GHz is -100 dBc/Hz max. The MS2712E comes fully equipped with: an interference analyzer for RSSI, Signal ID, Interference Mapping, and more, indoor/outdoor coverage mapping, an ISDB-T signal analyzer, and single-button measurements for ACPR, Channel Power, Occupied Bandwidth, Field Strength, etc.
The MS2712E has several advanced features, such as: a save-on-event through which the instrument saves a sweep automatically when crossing a pre-defined limit line or at the end of the sweep and a Gated Sweep function, which is incorporated to view burst or pulsed signals when they are on or off.
As far as the physical appearance and designs characteristics are concerned, it is a fantastic machine. Rugged perfectly for outdoor operations, with an operating temperature range from -10 to 55 °C, the model weighs less than 3.45 kg. The MS2712E has a powerful 8.4" color display designed to provide clear visibility even in broad daylight.
