The MS2721A has a frequency range encompassing 100 kHz to 7.1 GHz.
With ≤–153 dBm Displayed Average Noise Level Typical @ 1 GHz, the kind of sensitivity this instrument offers is unprecedented in handheld spectrum analyzers that operate on batteries. Its higher sensitivity enables it to measure extremely low level and weak signals. The MS2721A comes with a broad range of resolution bandwidth options, thus you can configure your instrument to meet your specific measurement needs.
The Anritsu MS2721A is a suitable instrument for applications like RF and microwave signal measurements, cellular signal measurements, Wi-Fi / WiFi5 installation, and general spectrum monitoring. Its built-in demodulator for AM/FM/SSB can help you quickly catch interfering signals. The four sweep triggers it offers are: Free run, Single, Video, and External.
