Anritsu MS2026C Vector Network Analyzer

Anritsu's MS2026C VNA Master is a portable handheld vector network analyzer that delivers precise RF measurements in the field. It operates at a frequency of 5 kHz to 6 GHz, addressing a wide variety of applications that include filter tuning, antenna testing, and cable and connector testing. The MS2026C incorporates 12-term error correction for accurate measurements with a normal measuring speed of 350 microseconds per point. The high-speed measuring function is useful especially for field use when several S-parameters would tend to couple in tuning procedures.

The MS2026C can measure and display all 2-port S-parameters at once via a single connection to the Device Under Test (DUT). This function streamlines the measurement and improves efficiency, particularly in complicated tuning situations. The device has the capacity to gauge 1-port as well as 2-port measurements, with magnitude, phase, and fault location for 1-port, and magnitude, phase, and group delay for 2-port measurements. These abilities render it an invaluable device for RF and microwave system technicians and engineers.

MS2026C is equipped with several interfaces and connectors for easy utilization in different setups. It has 50-ohm test ports with LED indicators that light up when the ports are active. It also has bias input ports, an external power input port, and several USB ports for data storage and transfer. It also has a LAN port for networking and a headset jack for audio monitoring.

For storage of data, the MS2026C employs internal flash memory for storage of instrument firmware, factory calibration and user measurements. It also employs external storage via USB flash drives, which provide bulk storage of measurements and easy transfer of data to a PC. The instrument memory will hold more than 4000 measurement setups and traces with automatic time and date stamp on each measurement.
