National Instruments AT-DSP2200 Dynamic Signal Acquisition and DSP Board

The AT-DSP2200 is an ideal digital signal processing and dynamic signal acquisition board designed by National Instruments. The part number for the National Instruments AT-DSP2200 board is 181475-01, while the part numbers for the various kit options are 776597-01, 776597-02, 776597-03, and 776597-04.

This Dynamic Signal Acquisition Board has both analog inputs and outputs. The AT-DSP2200 can work over a wide audio frequency range and has a high-resolution. The NI AT-DSP2200 is a plugin board for the PC AT. The AT&T WE DSP32C DSP chip is the primary computation engine in the board. This chip increases the processing power of DSP applications up to 25 MFLOPS, which is much higher than the previously available expensive types of equipment. With an extremely fast computational power, the spectral power of the signal processing and real-time filtering becomes effortless. The AT-DSP2200 board also supports the development of complicated process control algorithms.

The performance capabilities and uniqueness of the AT-DSP2200 board make it the perfect choice for medical research, telecommunications, audio tests, speech and voice analysis, and graphics and imaging. The digital signal processor used in the Dynamic Signal Acquisition Board is a WE DSP32C single-chip. The AT-DSP2200 also features 50-MHz clock speed and four 40-bit accumulators in its DSP section. The AT-DSP2200 board has two 16-bit input channels for high-accuracy data acquisition, encompassing digital anti-aliasing filters and delta-sigma analog to digital converters, providing 64 times the oversampled version of the analog inputs. The output channels of the board have digital anti-imaging filters with an oversampling capacity of 8 times.
