Signal conversion quality is characterized by low input noise of 0.7 LSB RMS, an Integral Nonlinearity (INL) within ±1.5 LSB, and inter-channel crosstalk rated at -75 dB at 10 kHz. Under calibrated conditions at 25 °C, typical accuracy includes a gain error of ±0.04% and an offset error of ±0.07%, with maximum overall measurement error remaining within ±0.25% across the full operating temperature range (supported by a recommended 1-year calibration interval). Each channel is equipped with extensive overvoltage protection up to ±100 V relative to COM, preventing channel damage during high-voltage field faults.
The spring-terminal variant weighs 152 g (5.4 oz) and utilizes toolless front-panel terminals accepting wire gauges from 24 AWG to 12 AWG (0.2 mm² to 2.5 mm² with a 10 mm strip length) rated for 90 °C minimum, as well as single- and dual-wire ferrules from 0.25 mm² to 2.5 mm². Built for rugged industrial environments, the IP40-enclosed module operates from -40 °C to 70 °C (10% to 90% non-condensing relative humidity) with a total power consumption and thermal dissipation capped at 1 W maximum in active mode. Electrical safety includes ±60 VDC channel-to-COM limits and 250 Vrms channel-to-earth ground isolation (validated by a 2,300 Vrms 5-second dielectric withstand test). When panel-mounted, the unit handles 30 g operating shock (11 ms half-sine pulse) and 5 g RMS random operating vibration from 10 Hz to 500 Hz, achieving an MTBF rating of 1,092,512 hours at 25 °C.
