National Instruments sbRIO-9234 C Series Sound and Vibration Input Module
The sbRIO-9234 is a C Series Sound and Vibration Input Module. National Instruments is the manufacturer of the NI sbRIO-9234 module. The part number assigned to the sbRIO-9234 module by NI is 782718-01. The sbRIO-9234 module is a non-enclosed C Series module. These types of modules are well suited for OEM applications. The NI sbRIO-9234 module is compatible with different IEPE and non-IEPE sensors. Some of these sensors are proximity probes, tachometers, and accelerometers. The sbRIO-9234 can also measure signals from TEDS sensors. Another important feature of the NI sbRIO-9234 module is the built-in anti-aliasing filters. These filters are capable of adjusting with the sample rate automatically.
The sbRIO-9234 C Series Sound and Vibration Input Module comes with 4 channels. The input voltage range of the sbRIO-9234 module is from -5 V to 5 V. For input connections, the NI sbRIO-9234 is equipped with four BNC connectors. The sbRIO-9234 module is capable of simultaneous sampling. To be used with the IEPE sensors, excitation current can be enabled on the channels of the module independently. For buffering and sampling of the input signals, the NI sbRIO-9234 module is equipped with Delta-Sigma analog-to-digital convertors.
The National Instruments sbRIO-9234 C Series Sound and Vibration Input Module can be configured through software for AC or DC coupling. Each channel of the sbRIO-9234 module is capable of sampling at a maximum rate of 51.2 kS/s per channel. The NI sbRIO-9234 is equipped with a BNC connector for input connections. The supported hardware platform of the sbRIO-9234 is CompactRIO.
