Keysight/Agilent E5061B Vector Network Analyzer
The Keysight/Agilent E5061B is a multifunctional vector network analyzer (VNA) designed to perform precise measurement of microwave and radio frequency components. The instrument has a frequency range from 100 kHz to 3 GHz and further optional range to 5 Hz to cover low-frequency operations. The modular architecture can be used to tailor to varying test set configurations, i.e., Transmission/Reflection (T/R) or S-parameter test sets, to offer flexibility to perform measurement requirements different from one another in varied applications.
E5061B provides very high measurement accuracy with features including a maximum dynamic range of 120 dB (1 MHz to 3 GHz with 10 Hz IF bandwidth) and trace noise down to 5 mdB rms. It provides full 2-port calibration to provide directivity, source match, and load match corrections to provide error-free S-parameter measurement. It provides high-end calibration functions with response optimized and error correction with interpolation to minimize systematic error. It includes a clear graphical display with support from Windows 10 via touchscreen, mouse, or hardkey operation to simplify the use.
With up to high measurement throughputs and with 4 ms uncorrected data sweeps, the E5061B is designed to be speedy. It delivers up to 1,601 points per sweep with independent settings of power and bandwidth on segment sweeps. The data can be saved internally or sent through LAN, USB, or GPIB interfaces. Other functions delivered with the E5061B include limit tests, fault location analysis, and impedance measurement functions and can hence be used easily in production tests and R&D tests. The compact form factor includes a 10.4-inch monitor and a comprehensive set of connectivity options, including USB, LAN and optional GPIB. The E5061B provides a comprehensive solution to RF component checking and characterization with its performance flexibility and usability.
