National Instruments sbRIO-9237 C Series Strain/Bridge Input Module
The sbRIO-9237 is a Strain/Bridge Input Module. National Instruments is the developer of the NI sbRIO-9237 module. The NI sbRIO-9237 module can be ordered using part numbers 781209-01 and 781028-01. The sbRIO-9237 is included in the C Series by NI. The NI sbRIO-9237 is built with four differential analog input channels. The input modules of the C Series are usually used for high-accuracy measurements of multiple applications. The non-enclosed casing of the sbRIO-9237 Strain/Bridge Input Module makes it suitable for use in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) applications. The NI sbRIO-9237 can be operated on Windows operating systems.
The NI sbRIO-9237 Strain/Bridge Input Module is designed for measuring and powering a maximum of 4 bridge sensors simultaneously. The sbRIO-9237 module functions with zero phase delay for strain measurements. The NI sbRIO-9237 module is available with a maximum sample rate of 50 kS/s for each channel. The isolation voltage for operating the NI sbRIO-9237 module is 60 VDC. The sbRIO-9237 module has 1000 Vrms transient isolation for noise rejection.
The National Instruments sbRIO-9237 C Series Strain/Bridge Input Module is manufactured as a reconfigurable input/output (RIO) device. The sbRIO-9237 module is programmed to utilize half/full-bridge sensors based on internal excitation. One version of the NI sbRIO-9237 has RJ50 connectors for direct connectivity of load and torque cells. The other version has D-SUB front connections. The sbRIO-9237 contains 24-bit resolution for Delta-Sigma ADC converters. The NI sbRIO-9237 Strain/Bridge Input Module has an excitation noise of 100 μ-Vrms.
