The part number 782011-01 from National Instruments is the identifying part number for the sbRIO-9606 CompactRIO Single-Board Controller. This controller features processor with a 400 MHz speed and a system memory of 256 MB, providing high speed data access to the CPU allowing for efficient data executions, while it also has a non volatile memory of 512 MB that is able to retain memory once the system is powered OFF, thus the data is not lost.
With a reconfigurable FPGA type Xilinx Spartan-6 LX45, the 782011-01 Compact RIO Single-Board Controller has 54,576 number of flip-flops, 27,288 6-input LUTs, 220 DSP48 slices 18 x 25 multipliers, 2,088 kbits KB of embedded block RAM, number of DMA channels 5 and number of DSP48s 58. This controller is designed to consume recommended power of 55 W, 30 VDC maximum with a power supply voltage range of 9 to 30 VDC and reverse voltage protection of 30 VDC.
The 782011-01 supports network interface of 10BaseT and 100BaseTX ethernet and is compatible with the IEEE 802.3 standard. It has communication rates of that are auto negotiable 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps with a maximum cabling distance of 100 meters, thus allowing it to integrate with other devices that are at a distance. This controller is also incorporated with USB ports compatible with the USB 2.0 High Speed, a maximum data rate of 480 Mb/s and a maximum current of 500 mA. This capability allows faster data transfer rates and with a supply of maximum current, the USB drive can easily operate without the need of external power supply.
