The National Instruments 781370-01 is a top-quality 16-input Sound and Vibration Module. It is also known as the PXIe-4499 unit. This module is specially designed for advanced acoustic and dynamic structural testing. It supports a wide range of noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) analysis applications, along with large microphone array configurations. The module features pseudodifferential input configuration, with a 50 Ω connection between the negative input and chassis ground.

Each of the 16 input channels on the 781370-01 is equipped with AC/DC coupling options, selectable per channel, which allows flexibility in data acquisition settings. The module uses a 24-bit delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) to ensure high-resolution data capture along with sampling rates ranging from 100 S/s to 204.8 kS/s.
