National Instruments SHM125M-BNCF I/O Cable

The SHM125M-BNCF is an I/O Cable from National Instruments. This model features an M12 5-pin connector and a BNC connector. The M12 connector of the NI SHM125M-BNCF cable is A-coded. This cable is designed to operate at a continuous working voltage of 60 VDC and can withstand as much as 1000 V RMS transient voltages as well. The SHM125M-BNCF is a shielded cable offered in 0.3 meters (Part Number: 787037-0R3), 1 meter (Part Number: 787037-01), and 3 meters (Part Number: 787037-03) lengths.

The SHM125M-BNCF cable is often used with the NI FD-11634. For signal transmission, pin # 4 and Pin # 2 of the M12 connect to the BNC pin and BNC shield respectively. These two pins are used for the transportation of AI- (negative analog input) and AI+ (positive analog input) signals. The NI SHM125M-BNCF I/O Cable contains five wires. Three of the wires (brown, blue, and gray) remain unused.
