The National Instruments PXI-1025 MegaPAC Chassis is a unique, portable PXI computer platform designed with expandability, modularity, and the utility needed for challenging measurement, instrumentation, testing, and communication applications. This model comes equipped with 8 expansions slots and offers 350W peak power. The NI PXI-1025 MegaPAC was developed jointly by Dolch Computer Systems and National Instruments.
This portable computer platform is an ideal solution for mobile technicians as it comes in a rugged chassis with an SVGA 10.4" color, active matrix LCD, as well as a fold down/removable keyboard. The NI PXI-1025 has a universal, 350W AC power supply and can be used with an external AC to DC power inverter where only DC power is available. The temperature sensor-based cooling system on this model controls and regulates the speed of integrated high-speed cooling fans to keep the operating temperatures at optimum levels while saving power.
The National Instruments PXI-1025 accepts all modules designed per PICMG 2.0 specifications. To provide the user with an ultimate interference experience, this model has a pointing stick style device and a Notebook Style 85 Key Keyboard. As far as its physical characteristic is concerned, the NI PXI-1025 weighs around 11.4 kg. and its dimensions are 16 X 18.1 X 8.4 in.
