PXI Digital Multimeters
The PXI Digital Multimeters or DMMs by National Instruments can complete temperature, frequency/period, capacitance, current, inductance, voltage, resistance, and diode tests, in PXI systems. There are certain DMMs with an isolated, high-voltage digitizer that can obtain waveforms at sample rates of 1.8 MS/s maximum. The NI PXI Digital Multimeters have 6.5 or 7.5 digits of resolution and -300 V to 300 V or -1000 V to 1000 V DC voltage range.
