National Instruments ATE-116F-A RMX-10011 Instrumentation Rack

The ATE-116F-A (part numbers: 785298-01, 144041A-401) from National Instruments is the configuration of the RMX-10011 Instrumentation Rack with a 16 A power supply. This 40U rack houses and safeguards the essential power, safety, and mechanical components of an automated test station, and it can be tailored to fit the needs of specific applications. The ATE-116F-A is just one of the possible ATE Core Configurations for the RMX-10011 rack- offering flexibility for a range of NI instrumentation designs. 

The weight of the base configuration (including the rack, power entry panel, fan panel, and PDU) is approximately 320 lbs.- with each additional ballast plate weighing in at 45 lbs. With a lockable rear door and detachable side walls, it is incredibly easy to access equipment for servicing. The side panels are fastened using quarter-turn inset screws, and the rear door can be installed either level with the top of the rack or just above the 4U air intake panel. In addition to the air intake panel, the rack is built to accommodate a 4U power inlet panel. 

The power entry panel of the ATE-116F-A is equipped with a low power IEC 60320 C20 connector. In addition, the panel features a single gigabit ethernet port as well as two USB 3.0 ports that are connected with a 2 m cable. The power entry panel also includes system safeguards such as circuit protection and a line filter for EMI protection. The ATE-116F-A also has a kill-switch relay that acts as an emergency power shutoff via an EPO Panel.
