The user can connect multiple National Instruments RMX-4005 Electronic Load Devices in parallel to reach higher power functionality for power supply tests. This exceptional capability of the NI RMX-4005 proves useful while working on projects that need different values for power. The National Instruments RMX-4005 is capable of providing DC power sinking, which is configurable. This feature is used for characterization of power sources and for testing.
The National Instruments RMX-4005 device has capability to sink power at variable voltages and currents for inspection of quality, designing power supplies, and test for functionality. The NI RMX-4005 Electronic Load Device comes with several types of ports, such as RS-232 ports and USB ports. The National Instruments RMX-4005 also uses interactive buttons and knobs. The RMX-4005 Electronic Load Device complies with N 61326-2 -1 & EN 61326-1 EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) standards. These standards fall under the EMC requirements (2013), electrical equipment for the measurement control and laboratory use.
