Part Number 776572-41 is the identifying part number for the National Instruments SCXI-1141 Lowpass Filter Input Module. This module is typically used for lowpass filtering and antialiasing applications as well as general purpose signal amplification and filtering. 

The 776572-41 features 8 differential-input amplifiers and 8 elliptic lowpass filters. The output signal range of the module is  ±5 V. Likewise, the channel gains may be tuned to 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, or 100 through software.
