The RTI-12304 (Part Numbers: 785374-01 (NI), 93340 (Smart E Tech)) is a Rear Transition Interface (RTI) expressly designed for mounting in SLSC (Switch Load and Signal Conditioning) chassis in order to provide a unified interface between industrial equipment and measurement systems. The interface provides secure transmission of signals and power through a 37-pin D-subminiature (DSUB)-style connector in accordance with the specifications of National Instruments' SLSC architecture and current industry measurement standards. XP2 connector accommodates 0.5A per contact current capability in supporting signal lines, as opposed to XP3 and JR1 connectors that support high current demands where there is distribution of voltage of up to 8A per contact.
