The RTI-12304 (Part Numbers: 785374-01 (NI), 93340 (Smart E Tech)) is a Rear Transition Interface (RTI) expressly designed for mounting in SLSC (Switch Load and Signal Conditioning) chassis in order to provide a unified interface between industrial equipment and measurement systems. The interface provides secure transmission of signals and power through a 37-pin D-subminiature (DSUB)-style connector in accordance with the specifications of National Instruments' SLSC architecture and current industry measurement standards. At the rear of the SLSC chassis, the RTI-12304 provides direct connectivity between the backplane and SLSC card and between SLSC and external modules like PXI or cRIO devices.
