Keysight Infiniium UXR1104A Oscilloscope
The Keysight Infiniium UXR1104A is an advanced, high-performance oscilloscope designed for ultra-low noise, high signal fidelity, and extremely fast measurement acceleration. It can perform five trillion integer operations per second thanks to its strong ASIC and memory controller. The system is fully upgradeable, allowing users to scale bandwidth, memory, channel count, and software.
The UXR1104A offers 110.0 GHz warranted analog bandwidth (3 dB), 4 simultaneous, full-bandwidth analog input channels, a maximum sample rate of 256 GSa/s per channel, and 10 bits of high-definition analog-to-digital converter (ADC) resolution, which can be extended to ≥ 14 bits with averaging. The module’s standard memory is 200 Mpts per channel, with upgrade options available for 1 or 2 Gpts. The Effective Number of Bits (ENOB) is 5.0 at ≥ 400 mV full scale and 4.2 at 60 mV full scale.
The UXR1104A oscilloscope features a 1 mm ruggedized male connector equipped with a Keysight AutoProbe III jack. The rise and fall time is 4.0 ps (10% to 90%) and 2.8 ps (20% to 80%). Its input impedance and coupling is 50 Ω (± 3%) with DC input coupling. The measured noise ranges from 860 μV (rms) at a 60 mV full-scale vertical setting up to 29 mV (rms) at a 4.0 V full-scale setting. The module includes standard 40 MHz Real Time Spectrum Analysis (RTSA) and DDC analysis bandwidth, supporting a frequency range up to the oscilloscope's 113 GHz limit.
The UXR1104A oscilloscope is powered by an Intel i5-3550S quad-core CPU at 3.00 GHz, 16 GB DDR3 RAM, and a 960 GB enterprise-grade internal SSD. It runs on Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit. The oscilloscope comes with 200 Mpts per channel. Users can upgrade to 1-2 GPTs. The unit weighs 42.05 kg (92.7 lbs) and measures 435 mm in width, 513 mm in depth (560 mm including knobs and rear feet), and 311 mm (7U) in height. It requires 200 to 240 VAC (at 50/60 Hz) and connects only to outlets rated for 15 amps or higher, with a maximum input power of 2615 VA.
