The Tektronix TBS1102B digital storage oscilloscope comes with an integrated acquisition system with different acquisition modes, such as peak detect, sampling, averaging, single sequence, and roll mode. These different modes enable the acquisition of data in various formats. The peak-detect mode enables the user to capture high frequency and random glitches. It can capture extremely narrow glitches, as small as 12 ns for all time bases. The sample and average modes only sample and average the waveform data. The Tektronix TBS1102B digital storage oscilloscope also offers an optional GPIB interface for an additional feature.
The Tektronix TBS1102B digital storage oscilloscope enables waveform measurements in different domains, including amplitude and time measurements and analysis of the waveforms. This model incorporates the frequency counter with high resolution and accuracy. It has a resolution up to six digits and a typical accuracy of 51 parts per million.
