Keithley 248 DC Power Supply
The Keithley 248 is a high voltage Power Supply manufactured by Keithley. The programmable model delivers flexible operation and low output voltage waves. This model also offers incredible voltage regulation and reversible polarity. It is structured with two front panels with a digital display. These panels provide precise readings for the current and voltage output. This model is equipped with an isolated display. It is extremely easy to adjust the settings of the output with the help of this display. The output of the Keithley 248 is adjusted by using the controls of the front panel. The output can also be set by remote analog voltage or the standard programmable interface.
The Keithley Model 248 DC Power Supply is used for high voltage resistivity and resistance testing, as well as high-voltage component testing and insulation resistance testing. Moreover, this model additionally works perfectly for monitoring applications that involve the effects of breakdown. This model enables the user to complete voltage and current measurements. The Keithley 248 High Voltage Supply is able to operate in the presence of ripple at the output. This model is equipped with 2 selectable filters. These filters aid in reducing output ripple. They optimize the low-noise operation by increasing the discharge time and the longer rise.
The Keithley 248 can be adjusted with either a single fixed RMK-1 or a dual fixed RMK-2. With the RMK-1, the model can be mounted in a 19 inch standard rack, whereas the dual fixed RMK-2 can hold 2 models. The models are mounted side by side in a 19 inch standard rack.
