TDK Lambda developed the EMS 80-60-2-D-RSTL Power Supply, which utilizes engineering strategies drawn from the most recent progresses in many disciplines, like low-level, high-power, wideband intensification techniques, operational enhancer, feedback principles, pulse circuit techniques, and the continually extending frontiers of solid state component development. The EMS 80-60-2-D-RSTL Power Supply has 5000 watts, a Max. Ripple p-p Carrier of 100 mV, an operating temperature between 0 to 50 ºC without derating, a storage temperature between -40 to +85º C, an operating humidity and storage humidity between 20 to 95% of RH non-condensing, and an altitude of 10,000 feet. This instrument includes a thermostat mounted on the heat sink, which is ideal to offer automatic protection against excessive temperatures. An important fact to take into account is that this unit should be stored at temperatures between -55º C to +85º C (for temperatures between 50º C to 70º C the supply’s output power is de-rated).
This unit received an intense mechanical and electrical inspection before shipment. It is recommended that before operation this unit should be visually inspected to check for any damage.
