TDK Lambda GEN150-34 Programmable DC Power Supply
The TDK Lambda GEN150-34 programmable DC power supply accepts a three phase AC input and delivers stable regulated DC output for demanding industrial environments. It operates within an input voltage range of 342 to 460 Vac. Its input frequency range spans 47 to 63 Hz for compatibility with global power grids. The rated output voltage of the model reaches 150 Vdc with an adjustable range from 0 to 150 Vdc. This power supply also supports a rated output current of 34 A adjustable from 0 to 34 A.
The rear panel of the GEN150-34 includes remote and local output voltage sense connections. The DIP switches allow selection between 0 – 5 V and 0 – 10 V analog programming modes. A DB25 female connector provides non-isolated analog programming and monitoring functions. The output connections use rugged busbars for voltages up to 100 V and wire clamp connectors above 100 V. The rated output power of the model reaches 5100 W for high power industrial loads. The Programmable DC Power Supply measures 423 mm in width and 88 mm in height. Its depth measures 442.5 mm and the unit weighs approximately 16k g. This compact footprint allows it to integrate easily into standard equipment racks. The voltage ripple noise on the model remains low at 0.025 Vrms across 5 Hz to 1 MHz. The current ripple noise is measured at 0.09 Arms across the same frequency band. The typical efficiency for this power supply is rated at 88 %.
The GEN150-34 includes RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces as standard communication features. The optional interfaces include LAN with LXI compliance USB and GPIB. These options allow the power supply to integrate into automated test systems and remote monitoring networks. The model operates reliably across an operating temperature range of 0 to 50 °C at full load. The storage temperature for the unit extends from - 20 to 85 °C. The operating humidity ranges from 20 to 90% RH non condensing while storage humidity reaches 10 to 95 % RH non condensing. The DC Power Supply meets MIL-810F method 514.5 vibration standards for industrial reliability.
